Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Beauty Vibee, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty products (such as opened or used skincare and personal care items) may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
